Every emotion has been strung out a million times Conveyed with the power of endless rhymes Clichés are abound and this may be one more Over that I do not feel the slightest bit sore My soul is in my poetry and my poetry is in my soul Perfection is an illusion and not my goal This craft of mine seeks no definite end Only for me to cause it to slightly bend |

If we all sought perfection, we would not need to write... we write because its our journey.... and its the journey that matters ..not getting there! lol . Poetry is a wonderful medium .... that can obtain its desired effect.  |
