Forever In Your Heart

Today was a special day,
one filled with many whispers,
of your presence appearing,

Inside an antique store,
stood an old oil painting,
one with a bouquet of gold roses,



After leaving the shop,
Driving in evening mist,
a tiny red fox passed by me,



My last stop for the day,
a used cd store,
filled with variety,

There I came across,
a treasure hidden,
it was the only copy,

"Trial By Fire" cd,
the last cd created,
with the original group.





Once inside my car,
It began to play,
songs, love songs,

Messages to me,
speaking from a distance,
from the first song,
till the last,

It was all about you and I,
our love, as if,
he had been standing by,

Watching and writing,
singing to our hearts,
with every song,

It is a time travel cd,
taking me back,
new songs but same style,

Yes, today was special,
in more ways than one,
call it fate, serendipity,

Loves magical force does exist,
drawing my attention,
seeing you there,

all I have to do is look,
your spirit draws me,
you show up everywhere,

I don't believe in coincedence,
everything has a purpose,
everything has a reason,

Today you were here,
your spirit spoke to me,
through many ways,

It calls to me still,
and to find all these,
in a single day,

was not by chance,
it was your inner spirit,
connecting with mine,

for today was your birthday,
it was a special day,
I received all your messages of love!

Now that is a poetic story. I have read alot of stuff around here and alot of it is great stuff. But yours always seems to draw me in. I love the ending to this. Great Job
