  Diamond-crystal Universe

Along small, clear streams…
among these ancient hills,
the mind runs free
with Time’s abandon,
wrapped in the deep forest’s
  boundless serenity,
where no wind nor sound
disturbs the pensive peace.
One can view the vast,
  eternal cosmos
suspended in a perfect drop
  of morning dew,
or look inward to a million
uncharted realms of finest
  dreams;
and all of human fate and folly
seems but a tiny, transient,
  and distant flaw
on the infinite face
of this diamond-crystal
  universe!

WOW! This is stunningly beautiful!
It transports the mind and heart far beyond these endless mountains!

You've done it again, Poet! This is masterful, especially the work's heart -

"One can view the vast,
  eternal cosmos
suspended in a perfect drop
  of morning dew,
or look inward to a million
uncharted realms of finest
  dreams;
and all of human fate and folly
seems but a tiny, transient,
  and distant flaw" ...

I've felt this way upon many joyful meditations in the forest.

Only the "Master Poet" could have written this one, Bruce. I salute you.

I tried to capture that once. Thank you for the words.
