 You hide behind the mask, no details to who you are, mysterious, yet known, Your words reach out to me, they still touch me, causing a stir of emotions, The love still beats, hidden messages, but not so hidden, My microscopic eye, sees the details, fine lines, My heart detects, like a bloodhound, smelling you, No matter what name, nor mask upon face, my heart can seek you out,  Like a needle in a haystack, seeing you above all, red sensors go off, Don't think I don't know, if you want to keep it secret, my honor is with you, You know what I am talking about, you are laughing inside, as you are now reading my words, That little tingle, saying, ah, she has done it, once again, If this is our ball, I will dance, sharing our secret romance, We can play this game, it is fun to entertain, your secret with me will remain, but I see you behind the mask.  |
