Silent Reverie

Distant flickers
in the night
usher gently
by hazy light.

Tender breezes
consume the air
--fragrance void
abandoned lair.

Echoed paths
long since past
duplicated myths
seldom last.

Stealthy somber
moonlight glaze
stolen breaths
from yesterdays.

Journey's end
dawn is near
phantom raids
remove the fear.

Silent Reverie
a memory's bliss
seeded by
a timeless kiss.

quatro!!! You've returned to the family fold!

That was a beautifully scribed silent memory ~ and that must have been one memorable kiss!

May you have many, many more!

Giving you a warm, welcome-back hug,

EA

EA,

It's great to be back.  I've been through a lot of changes (life happens) and I'm hoping to get back in the realm of all things great.  I am also returning to my poetry group here in town (hence the new poem)so I thought that I'd post it here first to see what's up.

Thanks for the hugs....backatcha (((hugs)))
