We are star dancing sky clad in the night
a wondrous expression of purest delight
and powerful magics are made at the sight
of people star dancing and bathed in moonlight.

Beside fire burning with sparks rising high
the people are dancing, arms raised to sky
filled with the glory of days long gone by
releasing the magic and sending it high.

The people are dreaming a vision in song
the wind takes the music and wafts it along
and here in the darkness the magic grows strong
while dancers are whirling - awakening spring’s song.

A chant begins softly - becomes a great roar
the people are gasping they know what’s in store
entwined now and warming the tussocky floor
we move to the music still aching for more.

Till spent and heart rent with our eyes all-ablaze
we watch for the dawning sign - glittering haze
and wait for the coming -  the ancient of days,
the star of the evening will claim all our praise.

We dance all around now sky clad in the day
and he dances with us to take us away
from this place of sorrow, where nature is grey
to a place of his making to bow down his way.

The whisper of music still hangs in the breeze
and passes along, all the leaves of the trees
the moon smiles softly – she bought us release
sky clad in our dancing unlocks magic’s keys.

a good commitee can decimate communication.

This is glorious.  Seriously.  You stay with the scene all the way through and amp it up as you go.  Sky-clad.     Around here maybe we'd be sky-clad but anyone with sense would be wearing their boots.  And wouldn't that be a peculiar sight?
