What difference if the words don’t hit
When grammar breaks its feeble legs
And crashes down on the insecure

What would become of art if all paint dies
When throats grow too dry and frail for song
And all are naked, unprotected

When these words fade from their fragile slate
And my voice loses its place to guttural sounds
Only skinny limbs left to worship you

What difference, my skinny limbs will spasm for you

Oh, I don't know that you're not a good fit.
I think we are all open to new styles...

and if you stay around long enough,
some of ours may appeal to you, as well.

Poppaloco, I think you fit in just fine, I think there should be a variety of style and opinions. That's what makes poetry interesting and fun.
