Lest we forgot fire and ash
Rubble and dust and people in bags
Lest we forgot media news, panic encompassed with looks to above
Lest we forgot fire fighters and police officers  charging as martyrs

Tower one and tower two- Like Noah renewed
Lest we forgot the price of misunderstanding
Reluctance and hatred

‘Rage turned inward as I pass through your gates,
Ready with my trinkets to settle the case
Hard times, soft options
You think my heart is cold my will is blood
For eternal love, time is my everything

Accustomed to a western life,
Some say a smoother ride
Remember my father’s fear, grief and rejoice
Happily I remember and happily forget
This will be my final act of prayer and remembrance

Rage turned outwards as I open this bag,
Ready with the knife, prays in hand?
Soft explosion, hard option, harsh reality
Happily remember and happily forget

Only the mind of God imagines your suffer and pain
These things have become themselves
The wonder of the explosion is a new creation
Western mind and body and Muslim religious spirit combine
Corporal death has led to a purer form?

Happily I remember and happily forget
This will be my final act of prayer and remembrance’

Terrorist misperception is a stark reality
Lest we forgot fire and ash
Rubble and dust and people in bags
Lest we forgot media news, panic encompassed with looks to above
Planes crashing in buildings?
Lest we forgot the price of misunderstanding
Time is our everything

"Lest we forgot the price of misunderstanding

Not sure I understand your thought sequences in this write, but I do know all the world suffers when we spend our time and energy hating.

Terrorist villains are a blight on humanity.

A vividly descriptive and impassioned write.

Love, Peace, & Harmony,

EA
