I call that lunch?
The only thing worse
than ice cream for lunch
is ice cream for breakfast.
What!
I call that breakfast?

I've got something worse than that...a Haagen-Dazs chocolate & dark chocolate ice cream bar, lying on the couch, just befoe you go to bed at midnight...Serving size 1 Bar, Calories per serving-300, from Fat-190,
Total Fat-21g, Saturated Fat-13g,Cholesterol-70mg., Sodium-40mg, Total Carbohydrate-24g.
Trying sleeping that off...Time for 24Hr Fitness...James

I think it's great for supper!
Especially strawberry, cherry, or vanilla Swiss almond....yum!
Calories? With an occasional indulgence, don't even worry about the ingredients!
GRIN and enjoy. But if you're doing this daily,
go for fat free frozen yogurt
or orange vanilla swirl Rice Dream.
