Bubbles of silence

Bubbles of silence
expand within my mind
wiping out patches of thought
allowing space of emptiness
to spiral through the whole of me
on wires carrying only glimpses
of divine intentions
and heart desires.

Soul consciousness rolls
over extensive white crests
of placid rhythmic waves
leaping joyously ashore to soar
over rich vivid flower fields
where I avidly inhale
the scent of spirit divine.

Where a friendly breeze shares
whispers never heard before,
where new tunes enter my heart,
where love expresses itself
in ways I barely remember.
Yet this memory holds you.
And oh, you are so real …

Eyes in eyes we break
through walls of age-old customs.
Together we tear apart
the veils of hesitation.
To see what we have not yet seen.
Transfigured we absorb
each other’s pure light
to contemplate the truth
in all its compelling beauty
in all its magical force.

And while we merge
all at once we distinctly know
that nothing is missing,
we become the key
to the kingdom of Love,
which opens wide and infinite
in all its fascination.
This treasure we have found
in humble bubbles of silence
expanding
expanding
till there is nothing else …

I like the poem, and you have the perfect picture for it. Did you write the poem before you saw the picture, or did the picture inspire the poem?

Thank you Scott for your kind comment. This poem was born while meditating and I looked for an adequate picture afterwards.

Welcome to PIP!

Beautiful poem, Margherita, especially to those who understand.

Fine photo.-image and Romantic/philosophic write!:

[many interesting thoughts and images to carefully
contemplate]

I am particularly fond of:

“Bubbles of silence
expand within my mind
wiping out patches of thought
allowing space of emptiness
to spiral through the whole of me
on wires carrying only glimpses
of divine intentions
and heart desires.”

AND:

“whispers never heard before,
where new tunes enter my heart,
where love expresses itself
in ways I barely remember.”

Applause!!
