i left you... feeling like I don't belong
like the ground wasn't mine to walk upon
i dont look back in anger not for a day
or let the disapointment lead me astray

to leave you was a great mistake
our kind of love you just can't fake
so please forgive what I have done
you can't stay mad at the setting sun

I know you’re different and I've changed too
but that could never change my love for you

Time makes us sorry for the things we’ve done
Sometimes we walk away and sometimes we run

You've touched my heart and my soul.
You've changed my life and all my goals
I've kissed your lips and held your head.
I've Shared your dreams and shared your bed

and i'm in too deep to let you go
and deep inside i think you know
but I'll be silent in my solitude
if giving up is what you choose..

maybe the darkness In our heart remains
but our love is strong enough to heal our pains
behind your anger, you can find me here
i will speak to you and with out my fear

see that liar beneath my needing
it has a soul and it too is bleeding
we can help each other through our sorrow
and today can begin a new tomorrow

Oh, this touches deep with emotion.  Very nicely done and much enjoyed.

after a fall I get back up,
move on 'cause the past is the past and theres no tomorrow if remaining in still waters while the river flows on ~dsmith
