My last breath escapes from
expressionless wonder --
Restless purpose
draws it shoreward
like a clandestine lover.

What was an earthly plane,
distorts
into discoverless form --
perplexed by a labryinth of vales
and waters draped in sadness.

In shapeless animation,
I waft across
this crimson-shadowed phantasma --
searching it's margins
for that which lies between.

Dissevering air forms
a nightmarish framework,
birthing
an anomalous three --
Ashes and cinders embrace,
to house their pallid shapes
in scarlet robe.

Wonderful imagery and interesting storyline.
I've read the first one, and now look forward to Part III.
