standing on a shadow's lace

Silver Shiver

today is filled with
liquid transparencies
stacked vertically
amid the ruins of clouds
a yesteryear beaded curtain
clinging too tightly
outside my window
boldly straight lined perfection
obstructing horizon
as I press close to it
all that appears is suspension
in vapor of me whispering
past the sliver for the sun

I like how you wrote about TODAY....so many of us live in yesteryears and tomorrows, that CAN cling too tightly....wishing, regreting, hoping,....

"a yesteryear beaded curtain clinging too tightly"
my favorite part...

Take care,
Julie

It's like a great philosopher once said...
Rainy days and Mondays always get me down.

Well, maybe not a "great" philosopher....

Nice images here Helen.

You know, you are the first name that catches my eye when I come in here now. Lovely, Lady...as usual
