Remember When Rehab Remember when rehab turned a hot career to a cold shudder When talent, not addictions, won the big magazine covers Now it's private parties with bowls of blow in pretty colours It's a bore reading again about another booze and pill lover. Watching over indulgence, to say the least, is a sobering experience Who raised these kids with no decorum and lack of commonsense When is Stinkywood* going to take some responsibility, get off the fence Is it a community to busy with self, to care about the future tense. Why don't they shut it down and make everyone work in a factory or the fields Maybe a brush up against the common folk would bring back their mass appeal But I forget, that is what they are running from with stars in their eyes for the surreal Using artificial boosts to go nowhere and further away from the hope of anything real. Don't feel sorry for yourself because I don't feel sorry for you If an outsider can see the story on the wall then why can't you Handsome is only as useful as what you can handsomely do Did you really think you could Indiana Jones your way out of your one way screw. Call me sometime if you'd like to get back in touch with the cause you pay lip service to Saving yourself is a hard hands on not a soft, rehab, sound bite point of misconstrue Don't bring your attitude, cellphone, make-up, your latest bed warmer or your suck up crew You'll be working so hard in my field of dreams, you will wake up with a more practical point of view.
