I sit here in awe of her beauty
She runs and she jumps and plays
Protecting her is of my duties
I'll give her the rest of my days

I whisper "I love you" so lightly
She looks as if "what do I do"
She tugs at my heart strings so tightly
And says "Daddy I wubutoo"

My child's smile tells me there's still hope
