He walks through a labyrinth
of transcendent mystical
knowledge
aged memories
of pleasures
living through his soul
socially diverse
sometimes poles apart
he is loyal to the choicest spirit of age
He knows solitude of self
Based on personal interests
thoroughly immersed
in timeless anthology
ideas of beauty and elegance
so unfathombable
flamboyant
feral…
not even demise
could knock down
this small home of
impression
being your breath
dreaming from sleep
the deepest root by which
can change the world
his
and ours

Not bad,  you sorta pinned down just how HE

And as he 'discourses' through this labyrinth, may man recall
he does not traverse Gaia's face alone
but shares it with a myriad of other entities
living...and dead.

"He knows solitude of self"

Enjoyed the entire write.
This line oozes with depth.
Another great one Ms. Lee J.

Indeed...some do, some are...
and some?

Raise themselves above others.

Enjoyed this, m'friend.  Very much.

Impressive writing, Lee....with great insight!  Hey...I've lost your email address -- tried to mail you the other day but that old one doesn't work.

LeeJ - You grab the reader and don't let go until the end.  This -

"He walks through a labyrinth
of transcendent mystical
knowledge"

To walk "through" it requires confidence and courage.  I'm pretty much lost in the middle - crawling.

Intriguing man! ~ and poetess.

Love how you see below the surface of things ~ and people. You see with three eyes.

Love to you,

I do love your choices, always unexpected and intriguing, Lee.

You drop the robes and simply write, and I feel a kinship with you when I read you.

That's one mesmerizing man, ain't he?

There is a circle;
within the solitude of self
may be found a doorway
to the infinite,
a total union with all existence.

Really like this one, but of course, I like all your poems!  It's so good to read you again, Lee.  So that's how he comes across so confidently!  Nice job!

"socially diverse"

I think that guy is rare at least in my world.

This whole poem just walks upright all on its own. Love it.
