THE SIGHT OF LOVE

In gaze and in a moments touch
A tear formed in the eye
A simple thing, not very much
That made emotion sigh
The hand of love, a simple kiss
The little gift that many miss

So meant and all so effortless
Unawares of who might see
It’s true that God does many bless
While others feel that they should be
Taken hold and shown the way
To place where all the treasures lay

Those with love rejoice in heart
While lonely fall to tears
Many know not where to start
And live that way for years
Where hides cupid and the bow?
I’m sure that we’d all like to know

Sitting here in reminisce
Contemplating life gone by
In constant thought in what we miss
And all the things we did not try
Finding wealth is not the key
Searching love and searching me

The human perspective on love often leaves us lacking for the limited ability for the physical senses to define an infinite essence of good, yet we all have the capacity within and the power to manifest it through Soul and Spirit.

One thing is certain, we need it more than ever in the world now, and it is our choice to express love, romantically and more generally, that will make the difference.   It truly is sourced within.  *smile*  I appreciate your thoughts, Rick.
