The props lady caught it first,
then the aged lighting director.
An angry villager carrying a torch
took it home to his wife and children.

Another week and the grade school principal
chased a little girl into the woods.
Walking stiff legged with arms outstreched,
his speech reduced to a slobbering grunt.

The janitor showed classic symptoms.
hugh broad shoulders, boxy feet,
horribly high forehead.
Knobby growths grew on his neck.

The disease spread like a blanket
covering every village and town,
'till everyone went mad,
and the world turned black and white.

Ok, I had to read it twice, but I got it.

I'm glad for the title or I would still be wondering.

Very clever.

But sometimes... it's kinda nice to take the risk of exposure... just to keep the immune system operational. *G*

Here's to Boris... and a fine write!
