-Wet Behind The Years-

the hands of time weep
for those that have been there
the sands of time seep
out of those without pockets
the slip of fate smiles upon those
that made her laugh

every day at the hands of time
these days
is not mine

the lands of lost time sleep
whilst we trudge through there
the man of all times leaps
you might not be there

the lands of mine met
fell through a hole in a pear
and while you sleep
there were those to stop it
the smile upon those now
makes me laugh

There's a lot of promise in this poem..
and in your poetry...I'm enjoying your writing.

This one speaks to me, for reasons
you may someday know.

Thank you!
