Bamboo Summer

Tonite I'm searching for
your star in the sky,
hoping your star still has
a flickering flame for me.

Even though I feel lost
within a bamboo forest
my broken heart could
embrace even the smallest
trace of your love.

so pretty and so sad... my heart goes out to you, James...

Thank you Moonkist, Gentle Spirit and Suthern for the nice responses...
Suthern I hope your situation becomes better...I have come to the conclusion that I will be alright whether my love returns to me or not...although those words are easy to say they are hard to process...and if she doesn't want to be with me, I would be a fool to want her back, and the suffering that would go with that...so I suffer in this bamboo forest until the beauty of this forest releases me...James

Thanks for those nice words passing shadows...yes I have become aware that I need to grow up...its not so much what happens to someone in their life, its how they respond to those happenings...and I need to do better...I've know it for awhile...but I believe I have made some progress...I need to work on saying goodbye and letting go...take care...James
