Easier Said Than Done

Why should I worry
It is getting me nowhere
Still how could I stop
These feelings of despair

My eyes are closed
Still sleep will not come
They say don't worry
Its easier said that done

I do think too much
My mind is far too busy
Worrying takes over
With a feeling of anxiety

Although concerned
Perhaps it will be alright
Worrying about you
I often sit down and write

I can put up a facade
As I downplay the stress
Still nothing changes
I am worried non-the-less

I know the feelings although for different reasons...worry does keep one's mind awake.
