.

No stars fireflies
Crickets and yet
A bright half moon
Argues against an early night

There will be time
Enough to sleep

The moon is a mirror
In which one sees the face of God
The look of the father in final hours

And what if
As one grows older
The more he should want to be alone

With silence for is it not,
After all, there and then at the end

One life and no other
However surrounded
By things and beings

He will feel and know
Coming to a close

I shall cry
to my death
to down the half moon
into the tides
to polished off it
by waves that used to carried the dream
from far back
of the beginning of the world
to your silent night

I left other half
be a warm smile
to the living life

remember kindly to bury me
with the sun
so I will be warm and lighted
in the dark and not scared

and water me in spring
you will see flowers
for your poem
