it is funny how we talk
in riddles of beat around
leaving the bushes untouched

then saying other things later
under our mind breaths
wishing we would have said them

out loud long enough to know
if they fit into each other or not
like a friendly key

with just the right end
to touch where we need opened
unlocked or undone

for that long lasting easy

But, the bushes remain there
beckoning in invitation
for future conversations

maybe?

I enjoyed the riddles in which you talked. The secret words still hidden in the bush.

it seems that when
the bushes are tenderly
beaten
the fire flies
dance...

oh yes,
they do.

I know.

And when you listen closely enough,
they sing, m'friend, indeed
they do...
