Here is the night,
Glassy, with stars
Sitting above us
Pacing our moves
And grooves
From left to right.

It isn’t our shadow,
It is the wonders
That thunder
From the portrait
That curtails
The skies shell.

As true are its Stars,
They sway with the
Dark caves
That watch towns,
And blade with
Planes that cruise through
Its dark laden palace.

It’s so quiet,
Its as if the night
Remembers our thoughts
But keeps them
Sealed to its lips.

The scent of black,

It is the night’s virgin stare.
