   ‘Looking-glass’ Lake

The final sunburst...
over 'sawtooth' mountains
paints a twilight rainbow
through the deep-azurine sky
of startled clouds and mist,
slipping down slopes
in snow-kissed wonder
to the fine-mirrored symmetry
of ‘looking-glass’ lake.

Secondhanddreampoet,

Not too bad, just kind of short.

The soul of the lake was evident in your rendering here.  A beautiful view you have shared with us.
