Beyond This Storm

Beyond this storm there will be peace
I have to keep that thought in mind
A rainbow after every rain
No heavy door to hide behind.

Beyond this storm my heart will sing
And joy will soon be found
I have to have the faith to know
Each step I take I’ve found

That every cloud has that lining, you know
That we’ve all heard about
That silver lining in every cloud
Erase each tearful doubt.

Beyond this storm, I’ll raise my hands
And praise the One above
The One who’ll bring me thru this storm
And envelope me in His love.

as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.

thank you so much for your kind words. God gave me the love for poetry at a young age. I ralized only recently that I can use it to glorify Him. Hugs, Dee
