I blame The Concrete Rose for inspiring this "musical" submission...
Lyrics are only a portion of the poetry that is music, but unfortunately the lyrics are all I can post! (So, sing along, if you can hear it)

In Love With Love

She called me crying again tonight
About another dead-end road.
But there's always another rainbow
And she's searching for that pot of gold.

Looking for salvation in another's embrace,
Anticipating what's to come.
That high-flying feeling of looking in his eyes
And thinking, "Maybe he’s the one"

Watch out girl, there you go again
Diving in head first.
Always hopeful, and hopelessly naïve.
You're going to end up hurt.
No, she can't help herself
She's just in love with love

Now all too soon, the sparks begin to fade.
Inevitably, tears will fall.
Promises made, only to be broken.
Was it ever love at all?

The highs can be manic, intense and ecstatic,
