Quest of Time By Paul Wilson Upon the wind I ride throwing all doubt aside Changing directions like the tide with which I do abide Winters night chill’s me to the core Summers heat I can’t take anymore In and out revolving door back to where I was before Climb the ladder of success only to fail the final test For the truth onward we press unable to confess Ring of life floats farther away price of regret I now pay Much to my dismay I no longer know how to pray Free sprit of the past how long will this last The seed of life never to be cast hurry time is running out fast Go forth into the fire drink from the cup of desire Turn back the clock of inspire before time does expire ~~To share my poems with you is to share my heart with you~~ Paul |
