From My Patio

Happy tears on morning leaf
   glisten to the rays
   I’m sitting on my patio
   in peaceful disarray.

I sip on fresh brewed coffee
and I slouch in faux recline
midst my Snaps and Coral Bells
   and my welcoming Lupines.

I’m in my daily reverie
   and working on a scheme
of health and wealth for everyone
who dares to share the dream

For here on my small patio
I plot to change the world
   with verse and steady meter
   and deft well-chosen words.

Will you join me in my purpose?
and add a line or two
come Poet let us share a cup
we’ve got some work to do.

wow, this is a truly beautiful one.

"Happy tears on morning leaf
glisten to the rays"
the first verse tells all....

the happy mood..
leaf...nature beauty
dew....hold so many dreams in its reflection
sun..simply means love

what else can come out them beside good poems?

From My Patio
(you made me look over my messy patio)

A pool of blue
among  many roses
and other flowers
and unknown trees
chat with the lawn
little fountain
quiet longing for the mountain
not far away
for a bird coming to sing

From here, the edging brick is worn and broken
Lending spire to the gangly timid vine
Thinking over java get go, set to soak in
Some good company that thinks that is just fine

I love patios. Sharing a cup sounds quite nice right now.

Welcome to Passions.
