Before I rise to day I say How wonderful and great will be And summon all my higher self To share the day and all I see I look for kindness and a smile I see each day as time to give And though some doubt might stay a while Within me something good does live I call my dreams to come and play I hold the visions of my need And somehow now throughout each day The positives begin to breed And more and more I find my place Though sometimes there is need for tears I harness will, refuse to break And look toward the coming years For there I know my time will come Where everything will go my way While sharing what my heart does feel I seem to cope and love each day |

I did, however, enjoy the nudge your words have given to maintain steadfast in obedience to the "higher self" who may or may not have my present best interests at heart - can see the bigger picture no doubt. |
