To soon depart upon the breeze, returned into the swell,
bright glints of sunlight on the waves if memory serves me well,
for even from this land-locked room such is her pull on me
that winds that blow from days gone past shine light quite vividly.

Suspended in between two skies, as if by slight of hand.
Reflections of a tranquil time, the hour at my command.
A course is arced across the glass that spreads before the eye,
displacing other scheduled tasks which cause the winds to sigh.

For though it's soon we shall depart, that time is not yet here.
One can't devine the obstacles before the way is clear.
Those times we've touched tranquility and have in turn been touched,
like waves, as yet wash over me, or so it seems as much,

when here within the working world time weighs most heavily
the mind provides these " get-aways " as clearly as can be.
