Thinking Positive Sweet Thoughts

My thoughts are filled with honey
Spread on my silver laden dreams
Such beauty and peacefulness I breathe
Exhaling cinnamon and candy red roses
Layering these chocolate cake memories
Into a golden monument of faith and love
A precious wife for a humble man
Whose tears run as ivory icing on a dying heart
Because he can no longer endure the sweet pain
Of knowing his lover finds favor in another……..

Marcel
