I need to wash my face
in these blue pages
I need to take in the
scent of paper and ink
I need to feel the love, pain
anger and happiness
I need to be someone else
for just a little while
I need to soar on Eagles
fantasy flight
and plunge to the depth of
Sea's watery sighs
I need to blaze with fire
in Serenity's smile
I need to walk in the wind
and convene with the Angels
and search through the shadows
for the diamonds in life
in the Suthern Sunshine
or under the Midnitesun
MindBodySoul I need to
immerse myself here today
and let my soul drift
drift softly away

I know that feeling so well!!! *S* But truth is... that someone I need to be that takes me away from who I am... may be the real me. *S*

Thanks to you all. This was a VERY rough day. I had my last final and now I am officially finished with nursing school...YEAH. I still have to wait on graduation May 12th and then on my state boards but school is finished!!! Well this part anyways!!

Nurse Paula Finn, congratulations - not only on becoming a nurse, but also on how cleverly you combined the poets' names with a real poetically philosophical message to which we can all relate, but mostly on the beauty you created in your poem, not only because it is heart-and-soul-warming but also for its artistic quality!
