my beloved radiant heat
staggering mindless
bloated opulence
all consuming
calling
sighing
wandering thoughts
alive and blushing body
sweet footsteps thirsting
unfathomable depth
contain my creation
upon your endless sea
where I oft go
collecting primevil shells
deep longing
for your child

I have fallen off a cliff
so intensely I might
hold you to tightly
whispering over
& over again
soft
"I love you's"
nibbling your ear
drifting
drifting
to an ocean
of timelessness
wide eyed warriors
we become
some roaring fire
unafraid
in love with love

endless thoughts
our nervena
soul love
naked
free
that eccentric
painting
of
endless grains
of sand
eternal
companion
who dances
a fearless
universe
gazing into
fiery eyes

I am
but a mere
destitute thread
suffering leaps
into sunlite
arms
oh for the sweetness
of a lonely
whippoorwhill
what else is there?
I am your harlot of thought
your hide & seek of wine
it is the now
of moments
not what we've
left behind
nor tomorrows
having tasted love
we are boundless
ravenous
souls

drifting
on
some cosmic stream
a grace beyond eternity
inner spheres
consuming atoms
that we no
longer care to contain
have you wept tears
of deepest affection?

I've known those tears
those
frozen smiles ear to ear
feeling safe & warm
in whispers of desire
in these years
inseparable
bound to play
finding self
speaking without words

you promise
I believe

arising blissful realizations
timeless ground
our genesis of formless jewels
we invent nature
grasping out of body warmth
I am your feminine belief
you
my colorful wide-eyed leaflet
we whisper manuscripts of rumi
dance with me my love
before the inner sphere of night
grows mature
come errrrrrrr
my love
close your eyes
for
tonight I am
utterly yours

Absolutely Beautiful!

"I am your harlot of thought
your hide & seek of wine
it is the now
of moments
not what we've
left behind
nor tomorrows
having tasted love
we are boundless
ravenous
souls"

Such imagery, and such depth of feeling!

What an excellent way to start the day!

Wow!!!  The passion and intensity in your words....  amazing!  felt every emotion...  I have been here before,

"drifting
on
some cosmic stream
a grace beyond eternity
inner spheres
consuming atoms
that we no
longer care to contain
have you wept tears
of deepest affection?

I've known those tears
those
frozen smiles ear to ear
feeling safe & warm
in whispers of desire
in these years
inseparable
bound to play
finding self
speaking without words"

Your words took me back to that time in my life....

Thank you for reminding me... that  such passion can be a realistic thought....

I'd forget my head if it weren't held on by a rubberband--can you believe I was so emotionally charged by your poem that I forgot to check the library thread?  Well, I did...  (Sure has been a long Monday!)

LeeJ YOU ARE PURE BLISS!

Each line holds so much emotion that it could stand alone and still be a poem.

... but to drink them all together leaves the reader overwhelmed, kind of drunk, drunk of beauty.

BLISS!

Yes, another one for the library!

Love,
Margherita
