.

Somehow
It isn’t strange
To find myself here

What with these fishing boats
Drawn up high on the beach
The village in soft light
Atop the hill

Beyond there are green fields
And orchards with oranges
Peaches all sorts of fruit
Forests meadows
Rivers and streams

It’s good to be alone
For awhile at a time like this
When one is really at a loss
In too much for words

There’s someone waving her hand
As she approaches me
Running along the shore

No name or memory
Comes to mind
Though it’s not as if
I don’t know who it is

Could she be someone?
be Blueskaya, the very kind?
With her dog Blueshika
tailing along with a sign
saying his friend Veolia
will come at 9.
