Walking through the isles Of that so familiar store A card, Such a small thing, Catches my eye And like a wave crashing Against the rocks My mind is ferociously Filled with feelings And emotions from long ago How can something so small Bring back all The memories from the past So quickly Feelings I Surely thought were almost gone Feelings I thought I was over Feelings that I don’t want anymore Feelings I wish I could get rid of Yet they never seem to fade I’m amazed at how something So small can bring back So many emotions So many memories And I realized in that moment Those memories will never be gone Those feelings are meant to be Those feelings are never going to fade Those feelings are there for a reason Those feeling are the feelings Of true love Those feelings are real Those feelings will always remain They will be with me always Until the end of time They will be with me always Until you see the truth They will be with me Until you realize you love me to They will be there Until I’m back in your arms I have no idea what I was thinking When I thought those feelings Were almost gone Lil' Angel |
