WHERE LOVE LIVES

Come to me little one
          with the bruised heart
                  and broken soul.

Let me comfort you
          as a mother would
                  as a mother should.

The world around
          can be so dark
                  can be so cruel.

Come to the nest
          where caring is
                  where love lives.

Let my heart overflow
          and give you strength
                  to heal
                  and grow
                  and to carry on.
