Pen strokes carefully massage their way into life It's magic in the conscience of the audience Intimacy with a loved craft; my true first wife Jointly, with pure nature like Guaraní descents Revolutionary attempts to transcend thought Saw the pinnacle but couldn't pry heavens doors By most happiness is sought but she had me caught The secret; finding contentness amongst downpours Translate human's most misunderstood; emotion Through a pen liberate your soul; let freedom ring Now breathe, find pure silence amongst the commotion Separate from the world and sour on angel’s wings Poetry is my Escape Devious |

”Poetry is my Escape” ! -mine too!!! most fine 'wordsmithing!...much applause!!...however: from my ever-most-humble perspective, I would just like to mention the following: minor question?!: is it ‘contentedness’ rather than ‘contentness’?! minor point: personally, I wish most any phrase other than “let freedom ring” was used in this wonderful ‘write’! P.S. : You are one of several persons who I just must say chose a grand-fine “P.I.P.”-world ID (“UserName”)! |
