Love

I delay opening my eyes every morning,
Hesitant to acknowledge the sun’s smile
For fear your love was just a dream;
But again I am blessed to inhale you by my side,
Sleeping peacefully you lay so beautiful;
And though these golden drops escape my eyes,
It is to you I credit this saddened joy,
Because I know for at least this day,
You are real……

this was my favorite read of the day, mainly the last line, its got a real nice touch of innocense to it which is forgotten alot,,,,, very nice
