This was

I was 25
but
I was "32 flavors and then some"

I was what you needed then
but now I'm 37

and

Bereaved

Days and nights come and go,
streams to rivers to oceans flow,
the cycle continues relentlessly,
each growing older, you and me.

In my mind, I once believed
time had stopped, was I deceived.

I'm not young and strong no more
not pretty and witty like I was before
and you have made a life to live
for those around you who can give.

I gave everything once, till bereft,
continue on, I have nothing left.

Dear Dixie girl,
what you are now holds everything, a few more years are only adding to your beauty, believe me.
You have given everything, but the more you love the more love regenerates, it's waiting to be shared again ...
Always touching poetry!

Love and hugs.
