.

Spring
The lawns are green again
Soon the trees will leaf

In lakes and rivers
The winter’s water is crystal clear
As it ripples somehow merrily
Beneath a pale blue sky

Boys and girls
Are riding bicycles
One hears the song of cardinals
Parks and gardens
Are being prepared to bloom

And yet that heart
For all these scenes
Seems intent to only focus on
An absence in the view

Come my friend
We’ve lived together long enough
I know what this silence means

The beauty of nature will never be enough to satisfy our heart. Becasue which
"Seems intent to only focus on
An absence in the view"...limitless

Love to read this poem.
