Between the Lines

Turn a Page

I understand the thoughts of you
the signs of life, times lost.
The wonder that engulfed us once
the now of what its cost.

I am here and there and in your mind,
Turn a page and you will see
In dreams meant for the in-between.
Turn a page and look for me.

Down to earth, no fanciness
but passions within hold
Awaiting that which will appear
between these words unfold

A pleasantness, no rain today
just "soft"  in memory
with stretching room between these lines
For "sometimes" to feel free.

Struggling need not happen if
your dreams are "after all".
Turn a page for me, turn a page for you...
I am here to lift your fall.

M

It could not be better stated than what 'Earth Angel' said!....I most assuredly was once
again "moved (as so often has been the case) by the generosity of spirit ~ and talent" of
this find poet and grand human being!

The following rather 'sums it up for me'
[what I have been pondering in this seemingly ever-increasing nihilistic, transcendental
world during the last several months when I have been unable to write]:

"time.... lost....
The wonder that engulfed us once
the now of what it's cost."

The rest of this wonderful 'write' is most lovely 'energizing' re-inspiration for anyone feeling
that they may have 'come to the end of themselves'; etc.!

This poem dances along that eternal plane!
