I'm selfish I want you for myself. Its unreasonable, cruel and stifling yet I dont care. I need you with me, when we're together I am free, I only know how dark my life is when you bring your light. Glowing, strong, opening up all my senses. The storm that is my mind is silenced only when you're near. You bring me peace, clarity and sunshine. Everything makes sense with you, like the pieces in a jigsaw puzzle you fit together my mind and heart and somehow manage to link them. You put me together when I am falling apart, picking me up when i'm on the ground. You make me feel alive, needed and loved. Your presence is all I need to help me find my way, without you I am nothing. When other people try to get close to you I fight them with a primitive urge. I need you for survival, cant see my way without you. I'm selfish, selfish for needing you so bad,taking up your time, burdening your heart and clinging to you.. with a vice like grip that never ceases to lose its power. |
