Ah Ed
This lust for verse
Is one we can ill afford
Being enthralled
To lyrical words

And in the end
It will prove absurd
We wasted our precious time

Still given it’s true
All lives are due
To close without notice
Respect regard or amplitude

We might as well
Die in rhyme

Wow, just wow....I think that would be my truest reaction to this one. Thank you John, truly.

When I am young I rhyme
when I am old I sigh
to do both like you
be here to have a clue.
You inspired out Prelogy,
I shall write verses too..unpoemd.

shared your true emotion.

And I have heard so many...

the only good ones are those who know their subject well, and you do, you do.

It's well to remember tho, just as one person is many people in different guises, so perhaps is your subject.

Enjoyed both poems.

We might as well
Die in rhyme

Aye... *S* For to give it up, we'd die inside even if our bodies stayed upright.

Excellent!

How lovely this is, and makes a brilliant duet with Ed's piece. I really enjoyed both and seeing the two of you interact with the amazing talent you both possess. Bravo!
