Welcoming the new day

***

While spotting the morning star

welcome dawn with a smile

let your gaze roam along

the pink tinted horizon

embrace the sky and the earth

and whisper softly "I love you".

Then watch the glowing light

of the new day expanding

and hear the answer vibrating

deep within your heart:

"I love you too!".

You always write beautifully. and the picture is breathe taking. Your comments on other people's writing are always warm and encouraging. And I like your ending "with love' too.

a passion for living on an earth
that has so many precious possibilities.

in a world that seems so bent on violence
and destruction, you write of the simple value of love, appreciation, humility, partnership betweeen the earth we live on, the skies we see morning to night, and the critical importance of simple respect for the power of love.

a stunning piece with my highest regards,

Dear Margherita

This morning just at dawn, a clap of thunder and downpour awoke the dry of southern California...lovely to listen to.

Your poem is a beautiful love song...thanks for your generous heart.

(smiles) Oh Margherita, this poem indeed made me feel warm and fuzzy picturing the moment at sunrise or sunset, even when it's about one in the morning here, as indeed love always has a way of resonating back the minute you give yourself, yay! (sigh) Your poems lift my spirits as always, yay, God Bless You, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Margherita, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

Love,
