Taciturn am I,
thanking my muse for the ink
that gives me pause to think
Ideas I might not express on my own
I can spill within her ink
Sharing thoughts
I'd not expel
if left upon my own
Musing quill of taciturn spill
falls quietly to the page
purged because of muses' will~

I adore this piece!

Taciturn, a fabulous word for it sounds strong and is fun to say with little "T" bullets for extra inflection.  (I like to read the dictionary, too)

And most of all this speaks to me for my muse is having a "taciturn" day today, too. *wink wink*

always seeking joy, adventure and romance and wishing you find the same

Oh,Lee~
You KNOW my muse is not the taciturn one ... it's me, on days when I find such comfort in the quiet~

Janette~
Good to see you gal ... hope that trip was all you wanted it to be ... and more~
I just find that some days need to be taciturn ... yep, that suits me to a 'T'~

"Taciturn"..I actually thought it was some sort of talcum powder.

Marge, I have learned and continue to learn so much from you.

I love it when you throw a new word, for me anyway, out there!

Good one sweet lady.
Love ya, Nance

No... my muse is the taciturn one here LOL

Thankfully yours is not.

Ideas I might not express on my own
I can spill within her ink
Sharing thoughts
I'd not expel
if left upon my own

Enjoy your peace and quiet, my lovely friend ~~

Dear Marge:

You have such a unique way of taking somewhat difficult words and transforming them into interesting thought processes!

What a wonderful word - you are very creative .. and oh .. I love your new picture.  You are as beautiful outside as your poetry shows you to be on the inside!

Very inspired Marge!!  But your muse shouldn't get all the credit.
