The Weight Of Words

Suspended in reflective water drowns
Shed the pounds of verbs and nouns
To the gravity of silence

In a realm of mystic notions well
Less lost within time’s own foretell
Synapses, sparkles emotions

Bubbles gulped in air of love
Laughter exhales a breeze above
Yet words as stone, a landslide moan

The sound mutes to its shine
Knees drawn up to float, align
Shoulders square to the heart

There heaves as anchors catapult
Silence buoyant course sea of salt
So much heavier are the words

Without you

You always touch me poignantly with your poetry~

your poetry always manifests a certainty of charm and effervensence that is enthusiastically entertaining and I'm always loving the performance...you deliver words with a stubborn quiet which fuels the imagination and gifts a metamorphosis for the reader who owns the emotions you provoke.

This Diamond,

Every time I think your writing is the greatest, then you outdo yourself again!  The first verse was stunning, and the entire poem followed suit.  Another for the library.  Loved the ending!
