Skulls and bones
rights and wrongs
they keep one down
and another they crown

the truth never
exposing their lies
confusing our thoughts
and resurrecting the dead

forgiving nothing
forgetting their faults
breaking the broken
and feeding the fed

trying to get through
to where innocence
is unexpected
now seeing into their eyes
as if looking into
open doors of thier souls

and they run
too scared
to hide
finding solace
on the inside
