THE SUNS ARE RISING
~ Linda L. Dowd ~

+*+*+*+*+*+

From my Pleiadian home
on a distant star,
I was bidden leave
to travel afar.

The Ancient Ones
had entrusted me,
With knowledge to share
with humanity.

To raise awareness
and to heal the Earth,
To bring about change
for man's rebirth.

I slipped through voids
into new dimensions,
And began the journey
of soul ascensions.

Through swirling mists
of time and space,
I carried tidings
for the human race.

I sped past star worlds
on cosmic display,
Then on through Orion
to the Milky Way.

As the planet Earth
came into view,
I beheld the beauty
of its oceans blue.

I descended through Earth's
atmospheric storm,
Then donned a vestment
of human form.

I plunged to the depths
of the great blue sea,
To the remains of Atlantis
and what used to be.

Keeper of the Crystal,
was I, long ago,
A Guardian of secrets
--As above, so below.

I searched the vast seabed,
and under silt and debris,
The Lost Crystal of Atlantis
lay there before me.

***

Memories were flashing
of a time long ago,
When I was a Keeper
of its energy flow.

This planet had been
one of dark density,
With paths of resistance
and great tensity.

The Atlantean gods
had come from the stars,
Bringing peace, love and beauty
to this land so afar.

Advances were made
technologically as well,
Man rose like a phoenix
from the bowels of hell.

Milk and honey did flow
on this lone planet Earth,
For thousands of years
from the Atlantean birth.

This Garden of Eden
did flourish and thrive,
There was heaven on Earth
once the gods did arrive.

***

But all was then lost
by the greed of mankind,
They vanquished the Keepers,
for greed made them blind.

As man shunned the Light
for the dark side of coin,
He covered his body
and bared not his loin.

For once they had opened
Pandora's floodgate,
Their fall from God's grace
would seal their fate.

They seized the Great Crystal
to harness the power,
And thus brought about
Atlantis' last hour.

Man knew not the ways,
of this energy source,
They amplified frequencies
and threw it off course.

Gravitational pulls,
and polarities reversed,
Land masses were altered
and Atlantis submersed.

Those that survived
the death and destruction,
Dispersed far and wide
to begin reconstruction.

Legends were told
of the Continent Lost,
Of floods and destruction,
and the great holocaust.

***

I stood hushed in silence,
making no sound at all,
Remembering the Empire
before its great fall.

Lush, fragrant gardens
of lilacs and rose,
Surrounded by statues
in regal repose.

Fountains of youth
reaching up to the skies,
Crystal blue waters
were healing to eyes.

Cities of grandeur ~
architecturally fine,
Councils of privy
and rulers divine.

Master inventors,
and scientists abound,
Questions were asked
and answers were found.

Music was everywhere,
from haunting Pan flutes,
To sweet sounds of harps,
and the playing of lutes.

Cisterns and pottery
of intricate design,
Mosaics and paintings
and glassworks divine.

A land full of plenty
where man roamed free,
A time full of growth
and prosperity.

***

The crystal stretched far
as it lay on its side,
It once was the object
of Atlantean pride.

I lay my hands gently,
allowing energy to flow,
Then heard a faint hum
as it began to glow.

Oscillations sent out
caused the waters to swell,
The power released
filled my being as well.

The vibrating crystal
and I became one,
I willed it to stand
and forthwith it was done.

Thought forms of wisdom,
amplified by the force,
Were sent through the ethers
to straighten man's course.

All nations unite
and help one another,
Love those on your path
as a sister or brother.

For united you stand
and divided you fall,
Hark, global village,
heed this clarion call.

You are what you think,
so regard yourself high,
You are made in God's image
and can reach beyond sky.

Fear leads to anger
and anger to hate,
Hate leads to suffering
which leads to Hell's Gate.

Be creative and loving,
live a life full of soul,
You're a spiritual being
and a part of the Whole.

You own naught in life,
you are just the gatekeeper,
Share all that you have,
be a giver, not reaper.

Man's Higher Wisdom
leads him not astray,
By listening within,
it will light up the way.

Surround yourselves fully
in divine White Light,
And walk in the sunshine,
not dark days of night.

Shimmering mirages
are alluring illusions,
Seek only the truth,
believe not your delusions.

Global warming has reached
point of critical mass,
Apocalypse looms
and soon it shall pass.

Have regard for all life,
for the land, sea and skies,
Replenish all taken,
be respectful and wise.

View all from a place
of forgiveness and love,
And peace shall be yours
when you ascend to Above.

Expand all your knowing
beyond that which you see,
Open mind, eyes and heart
to all that there Be.

Seek not in others
for all you desire,
Look deep in yourself
for your Inner Fire.

The power to manifest
is residing in you,
With faith and believing
your dreams will come true.

There is virtue and evil,
There's good and there's bad,
There's Light and there's Darkness,
There's happy and sad.

Choice is your birthright ~
A gift from Above,
You may choose out of fear
or choose out of love.

The decision is yours ~
The path you will walk,
But actions speak louder
than thundering talk.

***

The Crystal hummed louder
and vibrations grew strong,
As the efforts were made
to right mankind's wrongs.

The glowing intensified
and lit up the waters,
Shining lights burst forth
for God's sons and His daughters.

There were reds and oranges,
yellows, greens, and blues,
There were indigos and violets
of heavenly hues...

A rainbow of colors
beamed 'round Mother Earth,
Healing the planet ~
The home of man's birth.

The revenge of Gaia
was thwarted once more,
As radiant Light
healed land, sea and shore.

***

My Paleiadian world
is a joyous domain,
Where life flows with ease
with no suffering or pain.

There's an absence of form,
where all is of Light,
Great shimmering Beings
on stars without night.

Crystal clear colors
of every hue,
All species of fauna
and flora to view.

Glistening temples
of starlight and veils,
Hold stories of life,
of its truths and its tales.

Knowledge of always
and thus ever more,
Is there for the seeking
in Akashic’s vast store.

With powers to manifest,
one has but to dream,
Creating one's reality
as one would thus deem.

A Garden of Eden,
with an absence of fear,
An abundance of love
where all is held dear.

***

Feet of clay were cast off,
my vibration rose high,
This Being of Light
soared above Earth's blue sky.

With mission completed,
I returned to the stars,
I zoomed into space
and on beyond Mars.

Energetically I sped
to my home far away,
Racing past star worlds
on cosmic display.

Asteroids and meteors,
and comets streaked by,
Blazing their trails
'cross the outer space sky.

I slipped through dimensions
in timeless flight,
To return to my home
full of glorious Light.

There rising before me ~
a gleaming white dome,
And joy filled my spirit,
For I was now home...

+*+*+*+*+*+

...Wake up! Little angel
of Paleiadian blue,
The suns are now rising
and there's much to do!

“We are borne of star dust,
and to the stars we shall one day return.”

Linda,

I have not the words to hold this poetry in high enough esteem.  I kept copying verse after verse to quote as they resonated with my soul.

I will leave others to experience the journey you have just taken them on without the inadequate expressions of my admiration I would give you and your muse for this.

Somewhere we must have a mingling of minds...

I am..at a loss for words lovely Linda.
(This rarely happens..where the words won't come)
This is beyond beautiful.

In the midst of winter,
I found there lives within me..
An invincible summer.

And this is, indeed, an epopee (doncha love that word?)

I love the itertwinings of this--I smiled especially at the mention of Pandora, one of my latest many obsessions.

I think we all know that Hope was what remained in the box.

What I didn't know was that Hope had given birth to two daughters--Anger and Courage.

Anger, I take to be incentive to want to change the things we can--and courage to put anger to productive action.

(That made beautiful sense to me.)

As did your very lovely epopee, and curious, do you happen to be a member of A.R.E.?

A long time ago, I joined a study group of theirs, and was introduced to much of what you have written here. That, and a very charming, loving group of people--very much like yourself.

I enjoyed the poetic journey very much.

superb and definitely a first-rate example of an epopee...commending you on your time and certainly on your talent.  like others here said, there are so many good parts to this one...my favorite being

"Seek not in others
for all you desire,
Look deep in yourself
for your Inner Fire."

thank you for this exquisite write...a very pleasurable read.

Good morning, dear kindred spirit from across the seas. It is very gratifying to know that my poetry affects you in the same manner as yours does me!

Your highly enthusiastic and generous response is one that I am tucking away into my special folder where I save glowing replies such as this. They bring the sun out on rainy days.

Serene One ~

Yeppers! "Epopee" is a cool word and Seymour and Nan were the ones who introduced the term to me. I hadn't realized what is was that I had written until they told me! lol

When I read your comment about the A.R.E., I knew that I was familiar with that term, however, I couldn't pull the meaning of it out of my 'halo'. lol

So I looked it up on the net ~ Association for Research and Enlightenment. Aha! That was it! Now I remember! Years ago, I read some of Edgar Cayce's books and recall reading about the A.R.E.. Fascinating material! I just now searched out the website and I especially like the list of diseases and the treatments prescribed by the Sleeping Prophet! Thanks for vicariously taking me to that site! It should be fun to explore!

Lovin' hug,
Linda
