Mothers Child!

She stands alone to face the dawning heart is mourning soul is shattered, beloved child has crossed mother holds in stony silence.
Screaming out to Creator mind is gone so pain battered, blood streaming from the giving tribute to Mother Earth mingles with the tears now flowing.
Not enough a tortured childhood prejudice and blindness, stolen from me way too early why did it have to be this way?
When will we be good enough when will we be accepted, how many more mothers hearts must be broken is five hundred years not enough?
Grandmothers tears have watered Mother Earth mingled with the blood of her kin, begging to us across the years do not give up.
How many children must we pay with to teach the world the way of peace,OH,Creator I beg you help us teach the way to live.
Hard and stony, unforgiving, the Red Road we walk on still we know our way is the best one,the gentle, loving, giving, taught by our ancestors.
Help this mothers heart I beg you broken beyond the mending,in the blood of my child I have paid do not let it end this way!

Between the lines of this prayer, I read the pain and the glory.
Well done.

My dear, I have missed your words,
and wondered at your absence.  I hope
all is well...

and do, please, write on!

O'siyo my beloved friends my very spirit is gratfeful for your words, sadly the words are true. Each year to my People our children are still being murdered and for us there is no justice. I am no good to any this time of year as the time of my own childs crossing and memorial is here. No only did I never see him again, there has to this day ten years later been no one brought to justice for it.It was brush away, with words to me by one who pretend he care, there won't be much intrest,he was after all just an "Indian" you know. What I offer here my friends is offered in love,to no only help my own kind, but to help all remember we are all human together, let us love and respect each other and grow together in peace!
blessings and love!

~sighing~ holding your hand, I am,
and whispering within the winds...
do not give up, do not give up.

Your heartbeat is heard loud and clear,
crying for justice and peace.
Namaste, wredgranny dear,
for I honor the divine in you and me,
and dream of Peace for all.

My dear friend,

I am at a loss for words, and so very sorry for your loss.  A time of reckoning will come, but not soon enough.

You are always in my thoughts.
